A yogic poet? A poetic yogi? Presenting Jane Munro…

In 2014, she found herself in Pune, India at the Iyengar Institute having her Headstand  ‘renovated’ by Geeta Iyengar.  This inspired the poem below, which Jane also recites in the attached video, very appropriately, while in Headstand.
